Modify NotesThread.NnotesInitThread to report error codes in hexadecimal

Currently, if there is an exception in process/thread initialization, the status is reported as a decimal number:

java.lang.Exception: Notes initialization failure - err 433 
	at lotus.domino.NotesThread.NnotesInitThread(Native Method) 
	at lotus.domino.NotesThread.sinitThread(Unknown Source) 
	at lotus.domino.local.NotesReferenceQueue.run(Unknown Source) 
	at java.lang.Thread.run(Thread.java:748)

Barring using a third-party tool, this adds an extra step for the developer in converting the decimal value to hex before looking it up in the C API toolkit docs.
