Improve syntax-error reporting in LotusScript compilation

When compiling LotusScript in notes (either via Designer's Recompile All LotusScript or in C via NSFNoteLSCompile), it's very easy to run into a situation where the compiler reports just "Syntax Error", with no indication as to the source of the trouble.

It would be extremely helpful to at least emit the note item that contains the offending LotusScript, even if it isn't translated to human-readable specifics like the action or event in question.

    It's long overdue to replace this window to a tab next to Search Results and allow multiple applications to be compiled at the same time.

    Show errors similar to entries in Search Results and open an element by double-clicking on it.
