Default Value overwrites the saved data in Xpages for disabled field

The default value of a field can overwrite a value that has been previously saved. This occurs in the following circumstances

1. User accesses an Xpage with a field with default value.

2. User inputs a value in the field and saves the changes.

3. User disables the field using a session scope variable. This could happen as the document moves through the workflows and we need the field value to be visible but not editable.

4. The document is saved again because of an edit to a different field. At that point the default value for the first field overwrites the saved content.

Expectation: The default value should NOT overwrite the already stored data for a disabled field.
