Allow to use Bootstrap in HCL Nomad application mobile

The application that runs on HCL Nomad is based on the Notes Client Basic or HCL Client Application Access, which has not had a modernized interface for years!

HCL Nomad has the benefit of allowing to develop mobile applications with Replica Off-line, Security and NSF data, but the biggest problem with Nomad is the usability and interface of the Notes Client.

Web Designer and UX Designer are unable to take advantage of Nomad development!

So my suggestion is to allow using Bootstrap in Nomad. For companies to approve the use of Nomad and allow those with knowledge in Bootstrap to develop a professional interface in HCL Nomad.
