HCL Nomad Web - Setup - Remove "HCL Nomad will be set up automatically" prompt

When accessing HCL Nomad Web client for the first time (using Nomad Federated Login as authentication), after some time, the user gets presented with a prompt "HCL Nomad will be set up automatically".

The client setup does not continue until the user clicks OK. This prompt does not say anything meaningful to the user and should be removed,as it just adds to the time needed for the HCL Nomad Web client to be operational.

    This is the same request as DMA-I-487. If this is only to inform users not to close the tab, the dialog should be non-blocking. Support (CS0590557) states this can be avoided by adding X-Frame-Options headers. Reply to DMA-I-487 states this prompt is informative to prevent user closing of browser tab, but the prompt is blocking.

    This is an issue that is getting mixed replies. Please check with development.
