Users needs to be able to change Passwords Merged

According to the Nomad Web Product Limitations page Limitations (hcltechsw.com) ... "Change Password for the Notes ID is not supported ".

I originally wrote this up in the Support Forum, and it was suggestd that it belongs as a Case in this ideas portal, so here it is.

We have a SAAS application that our Government Clients use to inspect various types of Facilities. In many cases, the I/T staff require that Users periodically change their Passwords on all sites.

If Notes is to retain it's position as a leader in Security, the ability for a User to change their Password is fundamental.
