Nomad web designer support for additional browser languages

Currently only English browser language is supported for Nomad designer feature. Customer requirement is Nomad designer feature should be also supported in other languages like German in browsers.

    For me it would be sufficiuent if I would see the "open in designer" option with German or anything else as language set in the browser but then openinng the designer in English.

    Currently I have to switch the browser language to see the link to open the designer and then other websites are nor working as expected. This is a pain!

    So please show the option to open designer always whatever language might be set in browser and then open designer in English if the other language is not available.
