We have a customer using a DMS running on Notes and moving to Nomad.
In Notes, people use the Open or View options for an attachment to see the content.
Downloading/Saving the document as in Nomad might trigger the user to use the downloaded version later on, instead of the actual version.
Previewing the document can prevent this.
