Implementation of a function that enables translation of the subject and body of e-mails in Nomad Web

Users have received e-mails in a foreign language on Nomad Web. However, the text of subject and body in the emails was not translated by the browser's translate function (e.g. Google Translate of Chrome).

They would like Nomad Web to be extended to work with the browser's translation function for the subject line and body, or if this is not possible, I would like to see a new translation function implemented that works within Nomad Web.
