This is the same request as DMA-I-260. If this is only to inform users not to close the tab - as Timothy states, the dialog should be non-blocking. Also support (CS0590557 and DMA-I-260) state this can be avoided by adding X-Frame-Options headers.
This is an issue that is getting mixed replies. Please check with development.
This is shown to show the user that we are working behind the scenes. Without it the user will think the process has died and close the window and create a failure scenario. This in turn leads to a support ticket when there is nothing wrong.
We intend to keep this dialog so that the user understands not to close the window.
