Support to import local database in other than English language of browser

Nomad Web can import and open local database (NSF file) with "Import" button in "Open Application" dialog.

The button is shown when the language setting of browser is English.

This is enhancement request to support import function in other than English language of browser.

    Whilst the import feature is initially intended for Designers, it is also useful for users to import legacy mail archives into Nomad when they did not request for them to be migrated to another mail platform. Users with an English language browser can do this, but those with browser running other languages cannot.
