Nomad should support decimal places keypad input

The keyboard on Nomad only responds for numerics and input of decimal places is not possible

If a default value is provided on the form, e.g. 0.00, a value can be entered with the decimal point still there. However, if you remove the decimal point, you can't put it back in, because the keyboard refuses input of the decimal point.

Steps to reproduce limitation:

Create a Notes application form.  In Field properties, use any form with an editable Number field (on second tab of properties box) with Number Format set to Decimal and Decimal places set to 2 Fixed. The limitation seems to be for any non-numeric character on the keyboard. With an application incorporating this form, use Nomad to attempt to alter a number field value with decimal placement , which is not possible.

The problem is specifically for Native OS style fields, which is the setting that changes the keyboard setting.
