Improve the UI for Domino custom installation option

As per the following link:

 

LO87417: WHEN EXCLUDING PROGRAM FILES: BILLING SUPPORT AND CLUSTERING SUPPORT, IN CUSTOM INSTALL TYPE THE NSERVER.EXE IS MISSING.

It appears that the following 3 options are required to install Domino and choosing custom install:

 -Program files
  -Billing Support
  -Clustering Support

 

Customer requires that if these 3 options above are required, it should not be an option to uncheck these in the custom install UI.
