Feature to set a schedule to stop service for user

A feature that will allow administrator to set a schedule when to stop service for a certain user.

This will stop processing any request for a involve user.

It is very helpful to prevent access to those user that will leave the organization.

    Have built this as a Domino app.  Mail in comes from central source identifying a leaver (and this can be months into the future).  App waits until the evening the user leaves and then adds them to a Deny Access group (or denies access straight away if leave day is in the past).  App waits 21 days before calling adminp process to delete the account because HR can (and do) make mistakes so "deprovisioning" is easily cancelled within this timeframe.   System accounts are protected and require Admin intervention to remove.  Accounts can also be rebuilt since pertinent detail is stored and the IDs are not removed from ID Vault.
