Add log.nsf entry when user tries to access a server when server_restricted=1/2 is set

When you set server_restricted=1 ( or 2 ) you cannot see evidence that users are trying to access the server during the restriced period. Only the client respons to the restriction.

It would be nice if there is a log entry which shows the attempt of accessing the server.

Hmm... Why?... I thought the whole purpose of restricting a server was to not have to deal with normal users accessing the server? Furthermore such a feature would fill the log with surplus "information" when you as an admin probably would like the log to only contain system related information, I guess?

We have seen strange behavior when this server is in a cluster and users are not failed over correctly.  For troubleshoot purposes we need to know if the client is still connections ( or wants to connect ) to this restricted server.

What would that be good for? If a server is restricted, then users cannot see any content from the server. If they try to access it, so what ?
