Set Outgoing Limits in mail policy to be extended to mail-in databases, iNotes and Verse on Premises

Set Outgoing Limits in mail policy to be extended to mail-in databases, iNotes and Verse on Premises

In version 10 we have field named "Set Outgoing Limits" in mail policy setting document to restrict users and set outgoing limits:

https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SSKTMJ_10.0.0/admin/conf_creatingamailpolicysettingsdocument_t.html

Customer would like to be able to apply bellow policy settings also to Mail-in databases.

Customer ideally would like to have consistency across the different user experiences ( personal mail, mail-in databases , iNotes and Verse on Premises)

When uses send mail from personal mail file with policy setting applied they got warning straightaway according to policy settings

When the same user is sending mail from Mail-in Database user does not receive warning as policy does not apply to mail-in database

Customer would like to be able to apply bellow policy settings also to Mail-in databases and by extension to iNotes and Verse to have the seamless user experience.
