I am working as Notes/Domino Admin, we get many request to provide the access to user on application databases. if you open/bookmark any database its create a shortcut on your workspace so and so there many icon created on my worksapce. but in notes there is no facility to search the database icon on workspace easily. to provide the access you have to open database by ctrl+o which is time killing process.
Can you describe a little more on what you want the solution to look like? This could be done at the server side by improving the database catalog or can be done at the client side by searching for icons on the Notes client workspace.
