If archive profile is created programmatically, "Load Compact -a Db.Nsf" command should archive the documents to defined archive database.

Problem : Load Compact -a Db.Nsf Failing With "Server-based Archiving Not Enabled" If The Archive Profile Is Created Programmatically

If archive profile created programmatically using LotusScript.
Reference to script : http://web.archive.org/web/20170514204350/http://www-10.lotus.com/ldd/nd6forum.nsf/DateAllFlatweb/b841b380e6f8a05b85257db20049c023?OpenDocument

Running on the server console, load compact -a "db.nsf", displays the error: "Server-based archiving not enabled on database <path/to/database.nsf>"

However, if the Archive profile is created using the user interface manually from the Application Properties - "Archive settings", the compact -a is working OK and the database is archived correctly.

This is not an idea. We are not going to troubleshoot this 3rd party source code in the product ideas forum. Suggestion: Create the profile document manually, use NotesPeek to inspect the fields, and update your source code to create exactly the same profile document.
