Jar files contained java agents should not transferred to DAOS repository.

Issue: If DAOS is activated on a database, in addition to the attachments from data documents, the jar files contained in a Java agent are also transferred to the DAOS repository if they exceed the set size.

Suggestion: This should not be happening. Jar Files should not be added on DAOS repository.

Design elements hould NEVER be included in DAOS. The already painful restore process  of DAOS enabled databases gets even more complicated by this

the jar file that we are talking here is the jar file in the design element. No Documents in the database but the jar file that we have in the design element is getting added to the daos repository.
