DAOS Timeout notes.ini parameter or configuration

DAOS Timeout control either through notes.ini parameter or through any configuration is needed.

This is needed to avoid issues,where missing NLO files are noticed on console, if the NLO files are stored on an external storage device and it faces an network connectivity issues.

As per the default Domino Design currently DAOS has a fixed retry time and It is not configurable. Thus neither through any parameter nor through any configuration we can set a sort of timeout on DAOS.

Briefly the requirement summary is - Domino DAOS should have the feature which should provide a control over the DAOS Timeout or the DAOS retry interval control, either through any notes.ini parameter or through any configuration interface.

    Really need this option. You can loose attachments if NLO couldn't be saved at all.
