You can have a well established SMTP frontend configured coerently with your Domino infrastructure from your Domino Admin.
This can also become reference implementation for third party antispam system, most of them use postfix to run they filter.
Imagine you subscribe a new antispam service,
To connect it to your Domino you will have to write something like:
URL: https;//yourdominnoname.com/postfixconf.nsf/conf/servcename
Username and Password
and from a DB o from admin you can manage settings, users, mail adresses and authentication for quarantine.
