iNotes Active X MSI installer support for Domino 11.0.1

The msi installation files for ActiveX are no longer provided. This couses a problem for Citrix users.

With version 11.x, the signature of the ActiveX used in iNotes has changed which has the effect of asking the user to install the new ActiveX.

    HCL has changes the ActiveX code with domino V11. So HCL have to give an installer for customers.

    If HCL doesn't want to invest , they had to keep the old one, and not put customers in difficulty

    The ActiveX *.msi installer was removed with Domino 10. See https://help.hcltechsw.com/domino/10.0.1/wn_components_no_longer.html . Main reason was that ActiveX is an outdated technology in which we do not want to invest anymore.
