Administrator should be able to specify sender mail id in mail event handler

Administrator allowed to specify the sender name which will get displayed in the sent email message. In this way the administrator can decide which sender name gets seen by the mail recipient.

As the recipient list may contains higher officials mail IDs, it looks appropriate if the sender mail ID can be set as Domino Administrator or any other mail ID instead of server name.
