Ability to disable a user account ( person document )

When a user leaves the organization but returns at a later date ( summer students, temporary staff, etc ), it would be ideal to be able to disable and re-enable their accounts as opposed to deleting and then registering a new account.

      That is fine but is there a similar way of doing this without putting them in a Termination Group for Web users who do not have an ID ?

      under Administration tab of User Record, in Check Password field there is Lockout ID. Which temporary disables record.

      What make sence is to add account deadline , after which user is Automatically locked 🔒
