Make management of notes.ini settings in Configuration Settings document easier

The current mechanism to adding/changing notes.ini settings in a Configuration Settings document works fine when you only have one or two changes to make.

However, when your creating new Configuration Settings documents, or have a large number of changes to make, it is very slow.

It would be nice if there was an additional option where all settings could be edited as a single text list, allowing us to copy/paste new entries in, select multiple entries to remove, etc.

    It wohl be nice, if settings, that will remain, go into configuration documents. It is really silly to fool aroung with ini-parameters.
