Domino now removes the Sensitivity header when receiving mail via SMTP.
This is the same even after the fix of TPON7XGH46.
Nowadays, there are more and more cases where Domino is used as the application server and O365 is used as the mail server.
If the Sensitivity header is deleted by domino, this behavior has a negative impact on business.
Do not remove the Sensitivity header.
Can you please explain what a sensitivity header is so that anybody can understand what you mean? According to the SMTP protocol standard there is no smtp header.
