Introduce DocumentRoot propertie in InternetSite document for hosting websites in folders

When you host a website in a folder under ../data/, then you can see the folderstructure in the browser.

/local/notesdata/websites/customer/site.nsf is shown as https://<domain>/websites/customer/site.nsf

But when you can set a documentroot like /websites/customer/ the site is shown as https://<domain>/site.nsf

Like Apache or NGINX are hosting websites, this would be a great setting.

There is already the domino html folder, so why not a domino nsf rootfolder.

documentroot must be bind to the website URL in order to function, otherwise the database cannot be found by Domino.
