Let DQL include $Fields in queries

A lot of internal states and information in a Domino App lives in $-Fields in Documents. Currently, DQL does not support those in a query so we can't e.g. de-select replication/save conflicts or select only documents that have attachments or document links. Please add this to DQL.

    $Fields are not the culprit per se, as the title implies. It is the data type of the item, e.g. $REF is not a 'Text List' but a 'Response Reference List'.

    Nevertheless, a means for getting response documents, documents containing attachments etc. is missing.
