Provide standard CGI variable for X-Forwarded-For (or Http_X_Forwarded-For) header

According to the following CGI Variables listed in Domino Designer 11.0.x help, there is no standard CGI variable for X-Forwarded-For (or Http_X_Forwarded-For) header:

The customer requested HCL could provide new CGI variable which can get X-Forwarded-For (or Http_X_Forwarded-For) header.

    If you place HTTP_X_FORWARDED_FOR field in the form, you can also get the value of HTTP_X_FORWARDED_FOR (just the same as other standard CGI variables listed in Domino Designer Help [Table of CGI variable names].

    So please describe all the possible CGI variable names in the following section of Domino Designer Help:
