Console command to update information of a specific database on catalog.nsf

Catalog task is scheduled at 1AM every day to update the information of databases on catalog.nsf.

Administrators execute "load catalog" command to update the information of databases apart from the scheduled time of 1AM and it may cause some additional load on the server as the details need to be updated for all databases on catalog.nsf.

If Administrator want to update the information of a specific database on catalog.nsf, it would be helpful if there is a command such as "load catalog dbname.nsf" to update details of a specific database on catalog.nsf
