Add options to db.ftSearch for selected or exclude fields

There should be an option to tell the ftSearch query

- to search only in the given list of fields

- and an option for a list of fields to be excluded from search

For example one could append a fields directive to the query like:

Searchword with fields(firstname, lastname, street, town) 

Searchword without fields(field names to be excluded from search) 

In result this can be used in views within the Notes Client or within the Lotus Script db.ftSearch command. 

Writing queries with multiple terms for each field to be searched is very inperformant and can only be an option for a few fields.
