supporting multiple processes having java debug ports being set in a debug line.

If multiple process are loading the JVM and the following ini is used

JavaDebugOptions=transport=dt_socket,server=y,suspend=n,address=8000

This will cause the JVM exit and the process to exit causing a Domino server panic due to missing process.

The debug line which the customers are using is for a single process setup to debug. Domino 11.x uses OpenJDK which is a different JVM then what was used in 10.0.1. It was working in older release but it was not a supported configuration, With this enhancement request, I would ask similar functionality in newer release of domino so that it do not crash domino any more.
