Request to provide the latest version and 32 bit of KYRTool

This is request to provide the latest version and 32 bit of KYRTool.

Domino V10/V11 provides KYRTool in Domino program directory.

It is the latest version, "1.2.0", but 64 bit.

So, Notes client can't use it.

By the way, KYRTool is also provided in the following article, but it is KYRTool "1.1".

    until we didn't need *.kyr we need Kyrtool 1.2 on our workstation and not on our servers.

    We are moving away from the *.kyr file format, so the tool will not be required in the future.
