Move TikaServerAddin out of the default package or Notes.jar

In (I believe) V11, the class TikaServerAddin was added to Notes.jar. However, unlike the other `JavaServerAddin` implementations stuffed in there, this one is at the root, in the default package. This is bad form generally and causes specific trouble when trying to deal with Notes.jar in external OSGi setups, in particular with bnd. Ideally, it'd be in a proper Java package like the others, but next-best would be putting it in a different, less-critical JAR.

    For 12.0.2 it's now in the lotus.notes.addins.tikaserveraddin package.
