Simplify the process to implement a third party certificate in idpcat.nsf for SAML use

Currently, in order to use a third party certificate in the idpcat.nsf, it involves manual steps of importing the certificate into the server's ID using Domino console commands, modifying the notes.ini, and modifying the design of idpcat.nsf. It would be easier to have a UI to import the desired certificate into the server's configuration.

I agree! It would make a lot of sense to move the key out of the server.id into a better managable location. It still needs to be encrypted for the server.id.

But certstore could handle this key/cert like it already handles other certificates and keys.
