The idea is to be able to block China, Russia etc. That's a long (and changing) IP address list.
You can already do that by adding the IP addresses (IP Address blocks) to the Server document / IP address deny list.
Providing a user interface to manage which IP addresses belong to which country/geo is not planned to be added to the product. However, please continue to vote for this idea if interested.
