Adminp should delete the user entry from $Updatedby field when an user deletion is carried out on the Domino server.

When an user deletion is carried out on the Domino server, user entry is deleted from the names, Readers & Authors fieleds as described in the below document for administration process "Delete Person in Domino Directory".

https://help.hcltechsw.com/domino/11.0.1/admin/admn_deletepersonindominodirectory_r.html

However, user name still exist in the $Updatedby field on the documents in the databases even though the all the administration request have been carried out. Needs a feature where deletion of the user should also carry out the deletion of the user from the field $Updatedby in any documents of the Domino databases.

The other fields are there for access, but the $UpdatedBy is there so you know who change d the document. There's no way you want to stop knowing that after a person is deleted. If anything, you need to know it more. Perhaps you could ask to have " (deleted)" appended at the end, since the name no longer needs to function properly, but it needs to be identifiable.

Will not implement because this would modify the audit trail of the document.
