Get Rid of Outdated Templates

Some templates are outdated and hold only for contingently backward compatibility. Please get rid of these outdated stuff, if it is not needed for the new version. Users/Admins may still keep these databases after upgrading, but it should not be part of the official distribution any more.

This is an easy-to-do cleanup task to improve clarity. HCL may offer a free download / sandbox portal for outdated templates, in case someone still wants them.

I've never seen anybody using these apps anyway.

• probably several of these certification *crt*.ntf databases

• probably nntp*.ntf - no idea if someone uses this at all

• doclbs7.ntf
