Option to enable SSL cipher via notes.ini Merged

Starting v10.0.X SSL cipher should be configure from the server/internet site document.

When admin does require not to update the template of the Domino server, they still want to have an option to enable the new SSL cipher via notes.ini.

This would be extremely helpful in environments where server upgrades are needed but revamping the NAB design is not possible just yet. We customize the NAB for other very important backend Domino/Notes functionality. This means appropriate analysis and testing must happen before a NAB design change can be pushed. We now have to halt our upgrade progress until the Dev Team can finish the design analysis. Updating design on individual servers and potentially leaking out a new design is too risky. Have supported Domino for 25+ years and do not remember seeing this kind of forced limitation. Wish it could be fixed soon.

    Thank you for your consideration.
