Settings to prevent sending meeting invitation response email to external sender after the meeting has been accepted by Notes user/Invitees

The meeting response mail sends to chair person after the invitees accept meeting from extern/internal sender. Customer requests to provide some setting/options in Notes to prevent the sending meeting notice mail to chair person after the meeting has been received by invitees.

    It works as intended. If the invitee does not want to see any responses then he would be using the "FYI" (=BCC) field.

    That's a great idea, e.g. if an invitation goes to hundreds of invitees (CEO talks to employees or similar). No one is interested in hundreds of "will attend".
