Domino server core functionality protection. Improve server tasks and extension management.

There is an old and well-known problem: crashed Domino server tasks (like http, amgr, etc.) or extension will crash the Domino server.

My idea is to isolate Domino's core functionality (Domino kernel) from running server tasks and extensions to make the Domino server bulletproof on the system level.

I also want to suggest extending Domino task manager functionality with forced kill command for server tasks (like kill -9 command in Linux) and functionality of extension manager to load and unload (and kill) server extensions "on the fly" without restarting Domino server.
