Provide notification to external domains about message recall

Currently message recall cannot be used for external domains due to system limitations. So there is a feature request that, if user tries to recall the message sent to external domains then Domino should self generate a mail to that recipient saying, "The sender XXXXX wants to recall this message".

This will at least notify the recipient that sender wants to recall the message.

This feature request was submitted for Domino V11.

    the SMTP standard does not provide this feature.

    If you want to notify the recipients of a mail about a message recall, please send them a mail in the language the recipient understands.
