One view/database to store all active users and their Notes client versions

Currently, we can list all active Notes users when issuing "show users" command or from Admin client > Server tab > Status > Notes users view. And then the user's current Notes client version is updated on their person documents.

Customer is requesting to have the active/connected Notes users stored in one view/database together with their Notes client versions.

    1. You can already now use the Panagenda MarvelClient which is included in Domino to identify the >installed< clients and versions (Notes and Nomad) in your environment.

    2. You also can see the client versions in the person document. the view People/by Client Version provides a good overview

    3. The new Domino entitlement tracker in V12 provides information of when people last accessed your environemnt. https://help.hcltechsw.com/domino/12.0.0/admin/wn_entitlementtracking.html

Due to the low demand of this idea, I'm closing it with no plans to implement. However with the information provided above you should be able to resolve your request. Please continue to vote for this idea if you think it should be done as part of the product.

This might help a bit. I use the view People > by Client Version in database names.nsf for this purpose.
