Have adminp update the catalog.nsf when performing a mail file move

We are using Verse in a proxied high availabilty configuration, which means that we rely heavily on the catalog.nsf being up to date with the location of a user's mail file.

When we perform a mail file move, moving a user's mail from one server to another, we must then manually track when the move is completed and manually update the catalog.nsf so it will have the new location.

We don't have a way of knowing when the mail file move is done, so there might be some time where the user is unable to access their mail because the catalog.nsf is out of date.

This idea is to have adminp update the catalog.nsf when it is done moving a user's mail file.
