RegisterNewUser class to support Verse only users

Currently we use the RegisterNewUser class to register new users. We have users who are only using the Verse client for email. When we register the users with this process, the Calendar Profile document is not getting created, and thus the users are not able to create calendar entries.


(Typically the Calendar Profile document creation is triggered by opening the mail file with a Notes client, which does not happen in our case).


This enhancement request is to have the RegisterNewUser class option to set the user's calendar profile document.
