Add more options when delete a user

Add others options when we need to delete a user.

  • Move mail database to a different folder

  • Move archive database to a different folder

  • Add a group to forward the email to another user (with a expiration date and/or notification to admin)

  • Give access to another user for the mail database

    We should not have to buy external tools for something that should come native to Domino.

    What you are requesting is a User Management Tool.
    Business partners are already offering tools that provide this capability.

    Additionally:

    Give the option do delete the mailfile with delay. (eg. 3 months after deletion of user account)

    These are all steps in our archive process as well. So, having this supported would be great!
