Set "Sender" or "From" freely in mail by Event handler notification

Admin user set the following action in Event handler in events4.nsf.

Method : Mail
Mailing address : <any address>

When the notification mail is sent, "Server name" is displayed in "From" or "Sender" of the mail.
Customer wants to set name for "From" or "Sender" in the notification mail which they want.
