Allow administrator to control the mail size, beyond which the mail will not be saved in Sent items

Currently if Administrator wants to prevent saving of mail in Sent items which exceeds says 5 MB, then it is not possible. Currently all mails get saved to Sent items. So there is a feature request to allow administrator to control the size of mail beyond which the mail will not be saved in Sent items.

This Enhancement Request was submitted for Domino V11 & V12.

    Why would you like to prevent saving a draft?

    e.g. if a user created a very long and complex mail, you want to prevent him from saving this draft? What would be the benefit?
