Similar with user activity report
This report will show specific users activity in terms of mail.
Sample output:
No. of mails sent per a yr/month/day(internal mails)
No. of mails sent per a yr/month/day(external mails)
Most frequent recipient? (email address)
I'm not sure, but I believe he is referring to this feature, which allows the Admin to generate report from Top 25 (users, senderes, receivers, most popular, etc...)...

Maybe he wants to have the possibility to generate such reports from all users and not only from TOP 25...
Is it a quota report? Mail file size report? User Activity report? Statistics on who received or sent what number of mails?
