AdminP request should be generated when renaming Mail-in Database

Currently if we rename Mail-in Database by editing Mail-in Database document there is no AdminP request is generated and due to this documents like calendar events are not automatically updated with New Mail-in Database name.

This request is to bring feature for renaming Mail-in Database so that all documents / events which contains OLD mailindb name should be automatically updated with the NEW mailindb name.

    A Mailin Dokument can be used in Mail Rules and can be used in Calendar Entries. These will also not get updated when a Mailin was renamed... This can and will cause issues.

    A mailin database is not a user, it wont appear in ACL's and wont appear in reader name fields. If you are using a mail-in database for outbound communication, create a person document instead.
